Disassembly

Disassembly and removal of coarse contaminants (e.g., resin).

Hollow Grinding

The grind pattern on the inner side of the scissors is restored.

Assembly

The scissor halves are reassembled; worn screws and nuts are replaced.

Edge Sharpening

The scissor blades are sharpened again.

Micro-Serration

Micro-serration is freshly ground into the scissors where applicable.

Action Check

Verification that the scissors open and close smoothly and evenly.

Quality Control

Cutting test on the intended material (also possible with your own material).

In this case, the cutting edge (bevel) is set at a particularly acute angle so that the scissors glide even better and more easily through the material. The same applies to rubber, PVC, and other materials – we give your cutting tool the specialized grind required for the material.
