DHL parcels have a standard delivery time of 1–2 business days (within Germany) and are insured up to €500.

  Delivery to a DHL Packstation – The parcel locker open around the clock

  With this free DHL service, you can have your shipments delivered to a Packstation of your choice. You will be notified: As soon as your parcel has arrived at the Packstation, you will receive an email or SMS and can pick up the parcel at any time, regardless of opening hours and without waiting.

  All that is required is a one-time free registration at www.packstation.de.

International Shipping

We are happy to handle international shipping for you (delivery time 5–10 business days)!

With eps, you transfer the invoice amount directly and securely via the online banking of your Austrian bank. We typically receive the payment confirmation within a few minutes.

When paying by bank transfer, you will receive bank account details and a payment reference after completing your order. Once your transfer has been received, it is automatically matched and your order will be processed. This payment method is available within the SEPA zone.
