Delivery & Shipping

Your order is delivered reliably by DHL. Within Germany and the other EU countries we ship with DHL (EU), to countries outside the EU with DHL (International). The expected delivery time is shown during the ordering process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and the value of your order. All prices include statutory VAT:

Shipping within Germany

Order value up to €149.99: €5.95
Order value from €150.00: free shipping

Shipping to other EU countries

Order value up to €498.99: €14.90
Order value from €499.00: free shipping

Shipping to countries outside the EU

Flat rate: €29.00

The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown transparently in the shopping cart before you complete your purchase. If your order is delivered in several partial shipments, we will of course only charge shipping costs once.

Complaints & Transport Damage

All shipments are carefully checked for completeness and accuracy before dispatch. Should a delivery nevertheless arrive incomplete or damaged, please contact us immediately after receiving the shipment. We will resolve the matter to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

If information relating to your order is missing or not clear, we will endeavour to reach you personally by telephone or email to clarify any questions.

iDEAL – payment via online banking for customers in the Netherlands.
in3 – payment in three interest-free instalments for customers in the Netherlands.
Klarna – flexible payment via the provider Klarna, available in 19 European countries.
Credit or debit card – payment with common cards such as Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.
Multibanco – payment by reference number for customers in Portugal.
Pay by Bank – payment directly from your online banking, available in 20 European countries.
PayPal – payment via your PayPal account.
Przelewy24 – online transfer for customers in Poland.
Riverty – purchase on account, available in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium.
Satispay – mobile payment app, available in 13 European countries.
Swish – mobile payment method for customers in Sweden.
