The KAI Trümmers tailor's scissors has specially angled handles – not a design detail but an ergonomic solution to a concrete professional problem: when cutting normally on the cutting table, fabric is slightly lifted with every cut, distorting the cut line. The angled handles of the Trümmers lay flat on the table, and the fabric stays in position during the cut.
The KAI 7000 series was awarded the iF Design Award 2005. The Trümmers shares all technical advantages: AUS8A steel at 58 HRC, Duplex Interlock tension adjustment, solid rubber elastomer handles. A proven garment manufacturing standard, particularly common in industry.
