The KAI 7220MH is an 8.5-inch tailor's scissors with particularly large, large ring for men's hands. 220 mm blade length with optimal leverage for strong hands in industrial cutting and garment manufacturing. The large long-eye is the key difference from the standard 7220 – without sufficient space in the handle eye, fabric scissors quickly cause pressure points or pain on thumb and little finger for large hands.

The KAI 7000 series was awarded the iF Design Award 2005. Stainless AUS8A steel, 58 HRC hardness, and the patented Duplex Interlock screw ensure long edge retention and permanent tension adjustment.
