The HSGM HSG-0 is a light, robust thermal cutter for separating and fusing synthetic cords, ropes, tapes, straps, and woven fabrics. The principle is elegant: a heated cutting tip separates the material and simultaneously fuses the fiber ends – the result is a clean cut without fraying.
Heat-up time is only 6-8 seconds – faster ready to use than most other thermal cutters on the market. The intermittent operation of 12 sec cutting / 48 sec pause is the standard specification for safe continuous operation without overheating.
