ARS Aramid Eater 2110/H/10"The Japanese ARS high-tech shears are made of sintered powder metallurgical (PM) steel. Due to the extremely high hardness of 1300HV (approx.72 HRC), the edge retention of these shears is exceptionally good and the service life extremely long.
Our customers especially appreciate the ergonomic handles made of a cast aluminum material, they are light and perfectly balanced to the blades. A special gadget of these high-quality Japanese scissors is the adjustment screw, which allows you to regulate the pressure on the blades. This allows the scissors to be adjusted to the thickness of the material.
On our 2110/H/10" both cutting edges are micro-serrated and it is even suitable for cutting PBO (Zylon®) in addition to Aramid and Dyneema.

ARS Weaver's Shears 2111/H/6"The Japanese ARS Weaver's Shears are made of sintered powder metallurgical (PM) steel. Due to the extremely high hardness of 1300HV (approx.72 HRC), the cutting durability of these scissors is exceptionally good and the service life is extremely long.
Our customers also appreciate the good cutting performance and the small amount of force needed to cut with the scissors.
The large plastic handles and short blades of the 2111/H/6" give the scissors particularly good leverage. The tips of the blades are rounded so that the scissors can be carried in the pocket at all times, ready to hand when working. Both cutting edges are micro-serrated. The scissors are ideal for cutting "high-tech" threads made of carbon, fiberglass, aramid or Dyneema.
