On one of the two cutting edges of the scissors, for easy and accurate work, a fine micro-serration is applied.
It fixes the fibers of the material during the cut and enables an even and accurate cut. Our customers also appreciate the light and smooth action of our scissors, this ensures a pleasant cutting experience.

Because of this, they are made of C60 carbon steel (carbon steel - not stainless), handmade. With our 100 years of experience in manufacturing, our scissors stand for an exceptionally long service life and durability.
Our ROBUSO Floor Layer and Model Box Shears are the perfect shears for short cuts in strong material. Due to their long handles, your short, strong blades and their good leverage, the cutting force in the tip is very high.
As with our ROBUSO Elastic scissors, our 1073/D/7.75" has an internal spring that sits between the blades in the screw area. This gives the scissors a particularly light and smooth action and allows for cutting without a lot of force.

The scissors are ideal for cutting model cardboard and for cutting corners, edges and borders in carpeting.
